Please note that for certain plans, including those marked as PPO or Federal (such as United Concordia or Delta Dental), our clinic operates as an out-of-network provider. Because these specific insurance companies issue payments directly to the patient rather than the clinic, we are unable to submit direct billing on your behalf.
However, we are fully committed to assisting you with the reimbursement process. We will gladly provide you with an itemized English receipt and completely fill out your claim forms so that you can easily submit them to your insurance provider.
